Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain .NET applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Develop and review technical specifications and architecture documents.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C# or other development languages such as Java, C/C++, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
