Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, while maintaining high standards of software quality.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, enhancing performance and usability.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the development process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases for backend development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
