Looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong BPM expertise for an on-site role in Weehawken, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based applications and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Java applications with a focus on Business Process Management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design BPM solutions that align with business requirements.
- Optimize and maintain BPM workflows and Java applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, ensuring system integrity and availability.
- Write technical documentation and perform code reviews for quality assurance.
Required Skills:
- Java Development: 12+ years of experience in Java, with expertise in frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- BPM Tools: Proficiency in BPM platforms such as IBM BPM, Pega, or similar.
- Integration Skills: Experience in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integrating BPM with Java applications.
- Database: Strong SQL skills, including database design and query optimization.
- Additional Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication for team collaboration.
