Required Qualifications:
- Agile Expertise: Safe Agile trained with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Front-end Technology: Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and ReactJS for front-end development.
- Version Control: Skilled in using version control tools, particularly Git.
- XP Principles: Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) Principles, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and continuous deployment.
- Agile Methodologies: Solid experience with Agile development practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with an ability to tackle complex technical problems creatively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Front-end Solutions: Build, test, and deploy front-end components that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers, designers, and product owners in a Safe Agile environment.
- Optimize and Debug: Proactively diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Implement XP Practices: Apply XP principles, such as TDD, to enhance code quality and project consistency.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Agile processes and adopt continuous integration and deployment practices.
