Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Architect with over 10 years of expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US State/Federal clients and a proven ability to architect full-stack solutions that meet complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex full-stack .NET applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems, applications, and technologies to meet business requirements.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with US State/Federal clients to understand business goals and deliver technical solutions aligned with client needs.
- Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in best practices and architectural standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and developers, ensuring team growth and technical excellence.
Required Skills
- .NET Expertise: Extensive experience with .NET Core, C#, and related technologies in a full-stack environment.
- Enterprise Architecture: Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level solutions.
- US State/Federal Client Experience: Experience working with US State/Federal clients is essential.
- Cloud Experience: Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on delivering solutions and maintaining high standards of quality.
