Position: .NET Developer (
Location: On-site, Hybrid, USA
Visa: Open to all visa statuses, with preference for Green Card holders, Green Card EAD, and U.S. citizens. Free H1B sponsorship may be available if specified.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, focusing on high performance and responsiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and application enhancements.
  • Conduct code reviews to uphold code quality, optimize performance, and ensure security standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, supporting both users and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Participate in system integrations, upgrades, and migrations to maintain compatibility with existing systems.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices in .NET development and software engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in .NET development, preferably within regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and experience working with SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer are a plus but not required.
