Java Developer with React – C2C – Plano, TX
Job Type: Contract – C2C
Location: Plano, TX
Experience Required: 9+ years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable Java and React applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for complex systems.
- Work on system enhancements and new development projects involving Spring Boot for backend services and React for front-end components.
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the performance and quality of applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure seamless functionality.
- Ensure that the technical design of projects meets business requirements and aligns with security, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Follow industry best practices and participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality and performance.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of applications, ensuring they operate smoothly under heavy workloads.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to Java and React development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 9+ years of hands-on experience with Java development (Java 8 or above) and React.
- Proficient in Spring Boot, Microservices, and building REST APIs.
- Strong experience with front-end development using React.js.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
