Are you an experienced .NET Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects? We are currently hiring for a .NET Developer role with expertise in .NET, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Angular. This position is remote but requires local candidates based in Pittsburgh, PA, to ensure availability for occasional in-person meetings.
Job Description
As a .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable web applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging your expertise in .NET, GCP, and Angular. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web development practices and cloud computing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
• Implement responsive front-end features using Angular.
• Ensure the application’s performance, scalability, and reliability.
2. Cloud Integration:
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design and deploy cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure and services.
• Implement best practices for cloud security and scalability.
3. Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and agile development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
4. Problem Solving and Optimization:
• Debug and resolve application issues and bottlenecks.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
Must-Have Skills
• .NET Development: Extensive experience in .NET framework and .NET Core for building high-performance applications.
• GCP Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services, including App Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
• Angular: Proficiency in Angular for building dynamic, responsive front-end applications.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Prior experience in agile development environments.
