Senior Java Frontend Developer – Remote (USA Only)
Job Type: Contract – C2C
Location: Remote (USA Only)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using Java-based frameworks and tools.
- Work collaboratively with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between the frontend and backend services.
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of web applications across various devices and platforms.
- Develop reusable code and libraries for future use, following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are fully realized and meet business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring proper documentation.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with frontend performance, usability, and compatibility.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development, particularly within the airline industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Java Frontend Developer.
- Strong expertise in Java-based frameworks for frontend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development tools and frameworks.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs and their integration with frontend applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Excellent understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Previous experience working within the airline industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
