Role Overview:
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing complex .NET applications. With your extensive experience, you will contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-performing applications. This role requires deep technical knowledge of .NET technologies and advanced problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Utilize your expertise to develop, test, and implement .NET applications that meet business needs and are aligned with industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing your knowledge of best practices and coding standards to elevate team capabilities.
- System Analysis and Optimization: Conduct system analysis, identify potential issues, and recommend and implement optimizations for improved application performance.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, ensuring code sustainability and facilitating efficient future upgrades.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in .NET development, with a deep understanding of .NET frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
- Strong Knowledge of Frontend Technologies: Experience with frontend frameworks and libraries is an added advantage.
- Database Management Skills: Proficient in SQL Server or similar relational database management systems, with the ability to optimize and manage complex databases.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
